  • 1.首先我们要准备好制作这道【荷叶银耳莲子绿豆汤】需要用到的所有食材:绿豆150g、干银耳5g、莲子50g、荷叶1张、冰糖10g。先将绿豆和莲子清洗干净后加入适量清水浸泡2个小时;干银耳用清水浸泡后用手撕成小片备用;干荷叶放入清水中泡软并用小刷子刷去荷叶上的杂质,然后清洗干净。
