【鱼头汤】原味儿浓白鱼头汤
  买了一条超大的鲢鱼,先把鱼头炖汤喝了,这次什么都没有加,只用了大鱼头,浓浓的汤,香香的,煮面煮粉直接喝都特别美。

    Steps to make 鱼头汤

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.鱼头用流动的水洗干净,再用厨房纸吸去水份。
    • 3.炒锅灸锅后倒油烧热,放入鱼头煎之。
    • 4.鱼头两面都煎。
    • 5.准备姜片葱段和料酒。
    • 6.烧一锅开水,水开后放入煎好的鱼头。
    • 7.  大火烧开后转小火。
    • 8.炖至汤浓白,加盐胡椒粉调味。我炖了四十分钟。
