  • 鲜牛奶20克
  • 椰蓉60克
  • 绵白糖40克

Steps to make 紫薯椰蓉馅

  • 1.紫薯洗净,入蒸锅中,水开后,蒸30分钟左右
  • 2.蒸好的紫薯晾凉
  • 3.剥去外皮
  • 4.先用勺子碾碎,再加入绵白糖,逐量加入淡奶油、牛奶,千万不要一次加入全部的淡奶油和牛奶,根据搅拌的干稀程度来决定液体量
  • 5.调好的紫薯馅,加入椰蓉
  • 6.搅拌好的椰蓉紫薯馅很粘稠
  • 7.不干不稀
  • 8.还能看到椰蓉,吃起来味道也不错
