冬瓜牛尾汤

Steps to make 冬瓜牛尾汤

  • 1.牛尾4块,冲洗干净。
  • 2.焯水,煮出血沫。
  • 3.焯过水的牛尾再次以温水洗净,放入砂锅内,加水没过牛尾骨,加八角,葱段,姜片。水要一次加足。烧开后转最小火慢煲。
  • 4.冬瓜去皮。
  • 5.切片,不要太薄,否则炖时容易烂掉。
  • 6.我做这个牛尾骨大约炖了2小时,肉已软烂。
  • 7.加入冬瓜,同时加盐。
  • 8.中火继续炖十多分钟,至冬瓜半透明,熟软即可。
  • 9.大碗里加点香菜末。
  • 10.盛入炖好的冬瓜牛尾即可。
