中式烤红鲑搭鲜蘑

Steps to make 中式烤红鲑搭鲜蘑

  • 1.选用皇帝蘑菇才能体现出红鲑的尊贵, 哈哈。开玩笑的,其实主要是从吸收鱼汤汁的角度考虑,越厚的蘑菇越适合。不过红鲑本身的高价也是考虑因素,既然都贵了,就轻奢一次吧
  • 2.所选的主要材料来个集体照。 葱白切段,葱绿切丝泡水变卷后取出。红鲑如果带皮就去皮一下。皇帝蘑菇切厚片。烤箱预热200摄氏度
  • 3.先把调味料混合好,加入鱼和蘑菇一起腌一下,时间不用太多,10分钟就好。红鲑的名字可不是假的,真的很红,不是PS的哦
  • 4.腌好后按图摆盘,蘑菇为底,三文鱼中间,盖上蒜末和葱白
  • 5.送入烤箱200摄氏度烤10分钟后取出 静置5分钟让内部用余热再做最后的熟成后,淋上少许蒸鱼豉油上桌咯。切记哦,就10分钟才能多汁好吃。
