一个人在家无聊,电脑没什么好玩的,电视也没什么好看的,还是玩面团吧,O(∩_∩)O~之前喊妈妈买了酵母,榨菜准备做包子,但是,天气一直不好,在下雨,我怕面团发不好,既然今天闲着,那就今天包吧!

  • 芝麻10g
  • 辣椒粉3g

  • 1.面粉装进干净的盆里。
  • 2.酵母装进碗里。
  • 3.酵母用温水溶化,放置5分钟。
  • 4.酵母水加入面粉。
  • 5.用筷子拌成雪花状,停止加水。
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团,放一边发酵。
  • 7.榨菜从包装里取出。
  • 8.榨菜切碎。
  • 9.锅里放少油,放入榨菜,炒热以后,加入芝麻,辣椒和香油,炒匀即可。
  • 10.加了香油,很香呢。
  • 11.面团发酵好的具体标准是,手指插一下,不反弹(反弹起来是没有发好),不下陷(下陷是发过头了)。
  • 12.面团取出,柔光排气。摆了个year!
  • 13.面团揉长条,切成均匀的小剂子。
  • 14.小剂子擀成圆片,中央放入适量的榨菜。
  • 15.手掌握紧,右手一边转动面皮,一边用大拇指压榨菜,左手顺着转动,拇指和食指捏紧面皮。
  • 16.不是很整齐,但是,自我感觉还是蛮好。(*^__^*) ……
