蓝莓奶油卷
买多了几盒蓝莓回来,多余的就用来熬成了果酱,做成好吃的蓝莓蛋糕卷,一家老少都很喜欢。孩子拿着送给了小区的同学,同学妈妈尝到后都很喜欢,都想来找我下订单呢。今天把做法分享出来,喜欢吃甜点的一定要来试试噢~

  • 蓝莓350克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 柠檬汁少许
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 玉米油40克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 低筋粉55克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 竹炭粉3克
  • 淡奶油180克
  • 蓝莓果酱50克

Steps to make 蓝莓奶油卷

  • 1.蓝莓切半,加入细砂糖腌半小时,小火慢熬到浓稠,倒入柠檬汁再熬半分钟即可出锅,可以装进干净的玻璃罐子里,随吃随用。
  • 2.玉米油和牛奶拌匀,将低筋粉和竹炭粉过筛进奶液拌匀,鸡蛋分离出蛋黄放入面糊拌匀。
  • 3.细砂糖分2次加入蛋白内打发,最后的状态是出现短弯钩即可。取1/3放入蛋黄糊内拌匀。
  • 4.再倒回原来的蛋白霜内拌匀,不要打圈搅拌,容易消泡。
  • 5.金盘里铺上硅胶垫,将面糊倒入硅胶垫内,铺平后震出气泡。
  • 6.烤箱上下火150度预热好,将蛋糕糊放入烤箱中下层烤30分钟出炉,到手温后脱模。
  • 7.脱模后正面朝上,斜切掉尾部,淡奶油加入细砂糖打发到8成,倒入蓝莓果酱低速拌匀打硬,涂抹在蛋糕体上,用擀面杖辅助卷起来。
  • 8.成品。
