  • 1.将黄桃洗净去皮。
  • 2.将黄桃去核,切成块。(大小随个人喜好,我切了小块,正好一勺一块)
  • 3.将切好的桃放入锅中,加入冰糖。(可根据自己的喜欢调整糖量)
  • 4.加入适量清水。
  • 5.将锅放在火上,大火将水煮沸。
  • 6.调小火,撇去表面浮沫。
  • 7.挤入柠檬汁,继续小火煮。
  • 8.煮至黄桃透明后关火,晾凉后冷藏。(煮桃的时间可以根据自己喜欢的口感灵活掌握)
