Steps to make 自制健康黄桃罐头

  • 1.黄桃洗净去皮备用,黄桃一定要买硬的
  • 2.切块,如果想要外观好看就切大块一点
  • 3.锅子里水煮开,放入冰糖。我家里冰糖用完了就用白糖代替了,最好用冰糖。锅子可以用煮锅或者电饭锅都行
  • 4.冰糖融化后放入黄桃,煮12分钟,想吃硬一点就煮短一点,想吃软的就煮久一点
  • 5.煮好后关火,把黄桃盛入玻璃罐头,装8分满就行,装好后最上层撒上少量白糖,然后盖上盖子立刻倒扣一分钟,然后放正
  • 6.待冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏再吃效果更佳。
