Steps to make 花生巧克力蛋糕

  • 1.材料:黄油:100克、细砂糖:110克、鸡蛋:90克、低粉130克、可可粉:24克、泡打粉:2克、牛奶:50克、颗粒花生酱:80克、花生碎:40克
  • 2.黄油自然软化后和细砂糖一起打发至颜色变浅
  • 3.加入鸡蛋拌均匀
  • 4.分两次加入过筛后的低粉,泡打粉,可可粉和牛奶一起拌均匀
  • 5.做好的面糊装入裱花袋中,先在杯子底部挤一层面糊
  • 6.然后中间挖小勺颗粒花生酱
  • 7.再挤入一层面糊盖住花生酱
  • 8.表面撒些花生碎放烤箱烤,上下火170度中层烤20-23分钟样子,烤制用牙签扎进去取出来时没有湿湿的黏带物即可出炉
