抹茶冰淇淋
冰淇淋自己在家就能做,而且没有一点冰渣,细腻顺滑甜滋滋,用到的工具也是超简单,不用烤箱,不用面包机,只要有电动打蛋器就足够了。

Steps to make 抹茶冰淇淋

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材。
  • 2.牛奶加入纯净水搅拌均匀,再边加入抹茶粉边搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器搅拌至无颗粒状态,然后静置15分钟使其充分融合。
  • 4.然后用东菱无线打蛋器搅拌4分钟左右,速度可以根据冰淇淋糊糊的状态自由调整。
  • 5.搅拌好的冰淇淋糊糊呈浓稠状态,这样做好的冰淇淋才能细腻顺滑无冰渣。
  • 6.使用合适的容器盛放,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻,时间在2——5小时,具体要根据冰淇淋糊糊冷冻的状态,我这里冷冻了一个晚上。
  • 7.取出冷冻好的冰淇淋糊糊,用冰淇淋勺挖出球球。
  • 8.然后把奥利奥饼干掰掉一小块,捏碎撒上冰淇淋球球上,再把剩下的奥利奥插在冰淇淋球上,稍微装饰一下就可以啦。
