    Steps to make 藜麦鸡肉减脂沙拉

    • 1.准备藜麦,提前把藜麦泡一泡,预泡有两个好处,一是去掉藜麦表皮上的皂苷,二是泡过之后比较好煮熟,煮好后口感还特别好。
    • 2.把泡过的藜麦倒进小锅中,加一碗水,上火煮5分钟。
    • 3.煮好后把藜麦捞出来沥水备用,煮藜麦的汤汁不要倒掉,可以直接喝,或者用来煮汤,这样营养不浪费。
    • 4.准备做沙拉的材料,盒仔故事鸡胸肉开袋就可以吃,用来做沙拉非常方便,或者切片做三明治的馅也很美,冬季做早餐时间比较匆忙,有这样的食材我们就不用慌张了。
    • 5.生菜切丝,圣女果一切四块、酸黄瓜切片,切好和菜碎同黑橄榄、腰果一起放在沙拉碗中。
    • 6.把鸡胸肉打开,直接放在沙拉碗中。
    • 7.用餐叉或者直接用手把鸡肉撕成小块。
    • 8.淋一些橄榄油,放一点儿生抽和果醋拌均匀。
    • 9.最后放上煮熟的藜麦,上桌就可以开吃了。边吃边拌均匀就好了。
    • 10.午饭吃一盘,挺好的。
