Steps to make 清炖牛腩汤

  • 1.牛腩切成块,用冷水浸泡出血水。
  • 2.葱白切成长段,姜切片,葱叶和香菜切碎。
  • 3.锅内加入冷水,放入牛腩烧开,煮出浮沫,用温水洗净。
  • 4.将牛腩放入电压力锅内,加入适量热水,放入葱、姜、八角、山楂片、陈皮条、盐、料酒炖制45分钟。
  • 5.盛入碗中,撒上胡椒粉、葱叶和香菜末。
