Steps to make 牛肉酱

  • 1.香菇切丁,蒜姜小红椒剁碎。
  • 2.牛肉剁碎。
  • 3.冷锅入油,再开小火。
  • 4.温油,倒入牛肉,不停按压翻拌使肉散开成小颗粒。
  • 5.等肉全部散开后肉已均匀受热,再开大火,让肉中的水份蒸发,不停翻拌。
  • 6.待肉在油中已没有水份,肉微微有点变黄倒入蒜姜末爆出香味,这其间如果油少了可加入油,使油能盖住肉碎。
  • 7.倒入香菇,同样要让香菇在油中待会,记得要不停翻炒。
  • 8.倒入辣椒在油中煎会。
  • 9.最后再倒入黄豆酱。开中火,这时翻炒的动作要快以免糊锅,在油中冒泡后翻炒两分钟就可关火了。
  • 10.牛肉酱就做好了。
