樱桃千层酥
樱桃有“水果中的钻石”之美誉。其含铁量是苹果的20-30倍,居水果之首;还含有丰富的蛋白质;维生素A含量是葡萄的5倍;维生素C的含量也很高。常食确有美容之效。
山东新泰天宝镇的有机樱桃,红若玛瑙,皮似凝脂,晶莹剔透,玲珑诱人。用其来点缀甜点,美不胜收。飞饼也是我非常钟爱的食材,可塑性非常高,口感又好,非常适合烘焙初学者。

Steps to make 樱桃千层酥

  • 1.准备食材。印度飞饼一包(五片)、淡奶油200毫升、糖10克、樱桃适量。
  • 2.将印度飞饼去掉包装,然后室温解冻软化。
  • 3.将解冻好的飞饼擀开。
  • 4.折成三等分。
  • 5.再次擀开。
  • 6.在面饼上扎上小孔。
  • 7.切成五厘米宽,12厘米长的长方型面片,再在表面刷一层全蛋液。放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度烤20分钟。
  • 8.趁烘烤的时间,将樱桃的核去掉,切成小块。
  • 9.将奶油加糖打发至裱花状态。
  • 10.取一块千层酥,在上面挤上适量的奶油,放上樱桃,再放一片千层酥,然后用樱桃点缀即可。
