免打发巧克力小酥饼(空气炸锅)
今天用空气炸锅烤了几个玛格丽特饼干,我这人懒,不愿打发黄油,再说这么热的天,黄油很快就软化了,结果有点软化过头,饼干太酥了,一使劲就碎了。加了一点草莓味的巧克力,饼干酸酸甜甜的,真好吃。

  • 玉米淀粉50克
  • 无盐黄油55克
  • 草莓味巧克力15克
  • 细砂糖10克

Steps to make 免打发巧克力小酥饼(空气炸锅)

  • 1.准备好材料,如果有糖粉更好。我家没有糖粉,所以用的细砂糖。
  • 2.黄油软化到轻轻一压就出痕,加入细砂糖,用刮刀拌匀,然后放一边几分钟,先来处理巧克力。
  • 3.巧克力用油纸包着,先用擀面杖压一压,压扁后再用小刀切碎。
  • 4.黄油中的糖融化后,先后筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉,先用刮刀拌到没有干粉。
  • 5.然后加入巧克力碎,用手捏合。注意不要使劲揉。
  • 6.能够捏成一个球就行,静置5分钟。如果太干,成不了团,可以加一点点水或牛奶。
  • 7.将面团平均分成16份。空气炸锅180度预热5分钟。
  • 8.取一个小球,轻轻搓圆,在手掌上轻轻压一下,然后用大姆指按扁。
  • 9.空气炸锅180度烤20分钟。一次做不完的,剩下的小面团最好放冰箱冷藏一下,室温太高,黄油容易融化。
