芝麻椒盐酥
芝麻椒盐酥,一道非常香甜的中式小点心,用的玉米油比黄油更健康,口感酥脆,一口咬下去满嘴的芝麻香味,能用来当早点又可以当零食。

Steps to make 芝麻椒盐酥

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将二十克白砂糖和十五克蛋液放入玉米油中。
  • 3.用手抽将油、鸡蛋和糖充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.大碗中放入过筛的面粉、小苏打、泡打粉和椒盐粉。做中式糕点的面粉可以用低筋面粉也可以用普通面粉,请勿用高筋面粉做,面起筋口感太差。
  • 5.搅拌至无干粉倒入黑芝麻。
  • 6.将面团和芝麻揉均匀。
  • 7.将面团分成20个十克左右的小剂子,先揉圆再稍稍按扁。
  • 8.表面涮上蛋黄液。
  • 9.烤箱上下温175度预热五分钟,将烤盘放入烤箱中,上下温175度烤15分钟左右即可。
  • 10.美味的芝麻椒盐酥就做好了。
