  • 1.材料集合图。黄油事先软化,鸡蛋打散。
  • 2.细砂糖加入黄油中搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蛋液搅拌至顺滑。
  • 4.蔓越莓切碎。
  • 5.蔓越莓加入黄油糊中。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入低筋面粉。
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.揉捏成团,装入保鲜袋整理成宽6厘米左右,高4厘米左右的长方体。放入冰箱冷冻1小时左右。
  • 10.取出冷冻至硬的饼干生胚。
  • 11.切成厚度一致薄片大约4毫米,排在铺好油纸的烤盘上,空开距离。送入预热180度的烤箱中上层,烤20分钟左右。
