南瓜鲜肉汤圆
元宵节吃汤圆,南方人的汤圆特色以咸,甜之分,鲜肉汤圆是传统最经典的一种,鲜肉汤圆调味比较讲究一点,里面的馅料要调到肉质饱满,鲜味十足,这次用的是南瓜味的,金灿灿的颜色,祝大家元宵节快乐!

  • 糯米粉300克
  • 猪肉500克
  • 南瓜200克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 3克
  • 黄酒30毫升
  • 老抽酱油10毫升
  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 生抽酱油30毫升
  • 冷大米粥50克

Steps to make 南瓜鲜肉汤圆

  • 1.南瓜去皮后切小块
  • 2.放入蒸锅中蒸熟
  • 3.准备糯米粉和冷大米粥
  • 4.猪肉里先加入盐,鸡蛋,黄酒,耗油,生抽和老抽
  • 5.按顺时针方向搅拌有粘性后逐量的加入清水每一次搅拌至清水和猪肉完全融合后再加入
  • 6.再一次搅拌有粘性后,先取1汤匙用进微波炉30秒,熟透后尝试一下味道再调整
  • 7.糯米粉里先加入南瓜泥拌匀再加入冷粥
  • 8.一直反复揉至光滑的粉团
  • 9.分成均匀的坯子
  • 10.做成圆坯
  • 11.加入馅料后慢慢的虎口收口
  • 12.做好的汤圆
  • 13.锅内水开后加入汤圆,下锅后轻轻的推动以免粘锅,之后盖上煮开后用中火煮熟后熄火出锅
