Steps to make 照烧鸡蛋饼 简单一步让早餐鸡蛋饼与众不同

  • 1.将酱油1大勺半,味淋一大勺,糖一大勺半混合均匀,加入淀粉混合。
  • 2.入微波炉500W加热1分半钟左右,得到的照烧酱如右图。
  • 3.做蛋饼部分,个打散鸡蛋加入面粉混合均匀。
  • 4.倒入牛奶适量至可流动的面糊。
  • 5.锅中热温油 小火慢慢将饼摊熟取出。
  • 6.以前买鸡蛋饼吃多会叫多加个蛋的,自己做也多加个蛋吧,肉质鲜美的火腿,比火腿肠可是好吃多啦。火腿对半切,加入少许黑胡椒,煎至表面略有焦色。
  • 7.一个鸡蛋打散,倒入小火的煎锅,摇动锅子摊平,撒香葱。
  • 8.在蛋皮还未熟时放上鸡蛋饼一起煎。
  • 9.刷一层照烧酱和辣酱。
  • 10.火腿放在半边上,热一会儿对折出锅,淋照烧酱和色拉酱,就可以吃啦。
