Steps to make 清水煮豆腐

  • 1.准备豆腐一块。
  • 2.豆腐切滚刀块。
  • 3.蒜切沫、小米椒切圈下芝麻、盐、辣椒粉。
  • 4.锅中烧油放几粒花椒炸出香味倒入碗中。
  • 5.倒入生抽、香醋、少许水和香菜,蘸汁即成。
  • 6.锅中烧水下豆腐烧开后煮两分钟再放入青菜,加盐、胡椒粉、鸡精调味。
  • 7.成品。
