Steps to make 自制板栗

  • 1.板栗洗净,沥干水分用刀将栗子尾部白色的地方切一刀然后用剪刀在栗子中间的位置剪上一刀。
  • 2.这是剪完的栗子。
  • 3.将栗子码放在平底锅中,剪开的裂缝冲上,放入清水,水的位置是栗子的1/3左右,盖上锅盖开锅后转小火20分钟左右。(水基本干了)。
  • 4.这时栗子已经熟了。
  • 5.装入容器中放入微波炉微上4分钟左右,分两次微,期间换一次盘为了别微糊了。(为了去水气)
  • 6.特别的好剥皮,不放糖或蜂蜜就是为了不让手上粘糊糊的。这样吃的更健康。
