这是我很喜欢的布丁,有奶香,有一颗颗的西米,还有丘比蓝莓酱的酸甜,尤其丘比的蓝莓酱还有果肉,无论热吃还是放冰箱后冷冻吃,都各具风味。大家可以试一下哦~

  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 蓝莓西米布丁

  • 1.西米热水下锅。
  • 2.煮至中间白点,关火。
  • 3.盖着盖子焖一下,变成全透明了。

  • 6.盘子扣入三只鸡蛋,拌均匀。
  • 7.放入白砂糖。(有细砂糖就放细砂糖比较好哦)
  • 8.加入牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.瓶子放入适量的西米。
  • 10.隔一下蛋奶。
  • 11.依次准备好。
  • 12.奶瓶依次摆在烤盘里,烤盘里倒入热水,2cm的高度左右,水浴法,烤箱180度,中下层,30分钟。
  • 13.时间到,移出烤箱。瓶口勺入蓝莓酱,铺满瓶口。
  • 14.完成。喜欢吃冷冻的,盖上盘子放入冰箱中冷藏。
