辣白菜炒粉条

韩式辣白菜十分百搭,单单是炒个五花肉片,就十分好吃,如果再炖上一把粉条,那就无比下饭。

晶莹剔透的粉条,吸饱了浓浓的肉汁和辣白菜汤汁,肉香、辣白菜脆、粉条糯,配上一碗白米饭,在炎炎夏日,来上这么一盘,还有谁会说“我吃不下饭”?

  • 五花肉50g
  • 酱油1大勺
  • 食用油1大勺

Steps to make 辣白菜炒粉条

  • 1.韩式辣白菜一碗,切成适合入口的小块儿;
  • 2.粉条一小把,提前用温水泡软;
  • 3.五花肉50g,切成长薄片;葱姜蒜适量切成片;
  • 4.锅中入油,烧热后先下五花肉,煸炒至肉片变色并开始吐油;
  • 5.下葱姜蒜,煸炒至出香味儿;
  • 6.下入辣白菜,继续煸炒至汤汁变红;
  • 7.下入粉条,翻炒均匀;
  • 8.加入少许酱油,翻炒均匀;
  • 9.加入适量热水,不必太多,视粉条的状态而定:如果粉条泡软充分,可以少加水;如果粉条还挺硬,可以多加水多炖一会儿;
  • 10.炖至粉条熟软,即可关火;
  • 11.出锅前撒上几片葱花,即可。
