北极贝刺身
北极贝是源自北大西洋冰冷无污染深海的纯天然产品,具有明亮的色泽(红、桔、白),味道鲜美,肉质爽脆等特点,且含有丰富的蛋白质和不饱和脂肪酸(DHA),在五十到六十米深海底缓慢生长,耗时十二年,因而形成天然独特的鲜甜味道,生长环境非常干净,很难受到污染,肉质肥美,味道非常鲜美,可用于刺身,白水煮亦非常美味。

北极贝是在捕捉45分种后即在捕捞船上加工烫熟并急冻,因此只需经自然解冻即可食用,安全卫生方便。用北极贝可制作刺身、寿司、色拉、火锅等多种菜式,炒、蒸、扒、焖、炖皆可。

Steps to make 北极贝刺身

  • 1.买来的盒装北极贝,(盒装的在卫生上会更有保证),
  • 2.打开的冰冻北极贝。
  • 3.先要准备一碗冰水,将解冻好的北极贝放在冰水中冰镇一会儿。
  • 4.调好芥辣汁,北极贝装盘蘸食即可。芥辣汁可以用超市有售的丘比沙拉汁(芥末口味)也可以用日式青芥辣加生抽调拌。
