帝王蟹就是那种通常冬季里深海打捞出来的个头超大的深海螃蟹。这种蟹一般简单水煮就可以品尝到超级的美味,肉多个大汁水浓厚。今天的这种做法,让色拉酱充分配合了蟹肉本身的美味,味道更浓厚,很适合宴会里做为一道隆重的下酒菜。

    • 1.这是在日本市面上的丘比色拉酱,包装和我们国内有少许差别,味道是一模一样的哦!
    • 2.这时候处理好的帝王蟹,将肉多的蟹腿部分的壳剥去一半,剩余一半备用.
    • 3.在蟹肉部分挤上适当的色拉酱。
    • 4.烤箱230度烤15~20分钟左右,色拉酱开始出现微焦色,蟹肉熟透即可。
    • 5.排盘,上餐桌啦!看这红黄相间搭配的诱人颜色,就会让人垂涎三尺啦!最适合搭配啤酒来干杯哦!
