巧克力熔岩蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力熔岩蛋糕

  • 1.1.材料全家福
  • 2.2.将黄油,巧克力和朗姆酒倒进容器里隔水融化。融化成品如图,融化好后放一边放凉。
  • 3.3.这时将烤箱预热到220摄氏度。
  • 4.4.把两个全蛋和30g细砂糖一起放入厨师机打发,打发至颜色发白并有细腻的泡沫。
  • 5.5.把打发好的鸡蛋液倒入黄油和巧克力的混合物里面,翻拌均匀,注意最好不要打圈搅拌哦。
  • 6.6.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌至面粉与蛋黄糊完全混合均匀,这一步多多少少都会消泡的,但是不要担心哦,这个是正常的。
  • 7.7.把混合物倒进纸杯中,大概是5分满,我这里用的纸杯是中号。温度调至210度,大概8分钟就好了。我这里用的烤箱是长帝CRTF32G,温度好控制。
