芒果布丁
夏天放入冰箱冰冷后食用的布丁,清凉爽口,让人惦记。其实布丁做起来很简单, 它的主要原料是鱼胶粉、芒果、牛奶、鸡蛋、鲜奶油。而芒果的独特香味和鲜奶油非常配,制作出来的芒果布丁香甜可口。再放入喜欢的模具中, 又增添了几分俏皮, 让人从心里喜欢。尝一尝,香滑细腻, 入口即化的口感总是让人百吃不厌。

  • 芒果500克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 砂糖60克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 鱼胶粉10克

Steps to make 芒果布丁

  • 1.芒果顺着果核横剖成两半,再切成小方块, 顶起皮来, 就很容易将果肉取出;
  • 2. 准备好所有的原材料备用;
  • 3. 将大部分芒果肉搅拌成泥,余下的切丁待用;
  • 4. 牛奶加砂糖小火加热至80度左右,加入砂糖, 搅拌均匀;
  • 5.再将鱼胶粉倒入,搅拌使其溶化;
  • 6. 熄火后放入大容器中摊凉后, 加入奶油搅拌均匀;
  • 7. 再将芒果泥倒入, 混合均匀;
  • 8.. 将所有的混合物过筛;
  • 9.倒入准备好的容器中;
  • 10.放入冰箱中冷藏一个小时, 拿出来吃时再将芒果肉切成小丁放在上面。
