天麻乌鸡汤
我有点体质性低血压,最严重的一次,血压是58.38。晕的天昏地暗,苦胆水都吐光了,巨难受。
爸爸除了给我吊盐糖水加能量针剂之外,还给我买买天麻蜜环素口服。
这次又晕了,自己给自己买了只乌鸡,加天麻炖汤喝。
滋阴还缓解头疼头晕。

  • 1.现场宰杀的乌鸡,洗干净
  • 2.分解,放紫砂煲里
  • 3.天麻洗净,敲碎
  • 4.放乌鸡里
  • 5.加清水
  • 6.选最强火力
  • 7.炖2小时,把鸡肝取出来
  • 8.炖3个多小时就可以,左下脚就是红景天,我忘了拍,这个可以增加大脑的携氧量,从而缓解头晕症状。
