Steps to make 京酱肉丝

  • 1.猪里脊肉顺着纹理切丝加入淀粉喝料酒用手轻的抓均匀搅拌。腌15分钟
  • 2.这个空挡把豆皮微微泡几分钟切成大小适中的块水烧开以后关火,放入豆皮这个豆皮是很容易熟的,下水就要捞起来。
  • 3.豆皮放入漏盆沥干水分备用。
  • 4.大葱和黄瓜切细丝。大葱只要葱白哦
  • 5.热锅起油,以后大火转小火。放入肉丝用筷子轻轻滑炒。肉丝发白起锅备用
  • 6.锅里再放一点肉油炒倒入甜面酱和一点点白糖。小火炒
  • 7.甜面酱炒化以后大火加入肉丝和生抽翻炒炒个半分钟即可
  • 8.装盘,开吃
  • 9.用豆皮裹得吃,特别美味。
