  • 1.做菜食材的选择很重要做这道菜呢,我们要选瘦长,而且很直的茄子。我们把他带皮洗干净被去掉头尾备用。

  • 7.又过起油油温五成热时转小火,把这个茄子肉馅那一面向下放进去,这样一会儿里面的肉馅不会跑出来。
  • 8.然后我们上下左右均匀地把它炸一次。
  • 9.番茄切成薄片摆盘。中间放上炸好的茄子。
  • 10.用番茄酱搅均匀淋上。这道菜呢,如果家里面人多,可以做上一大盘摆一个圆形,用西红柿点缀,特别漂亮。我家只有两个人就只做了两个。
