    Steps to make 爆炒羊肚——新疆味道

    • 1.材料:熟羊肚葱、姜、香菜、干辣椒 花椒粒 胡椒粉 朝天椒 植物油 酱油 盐 鸡精 料酒
    • 2.做法:葱姜洗净切成丝,切成段,朝天椒洗净切成丝 熟羊肚洗净切成丝,香菜切成段
    • 3.干红辣椒用凉水泡泡,花椒粒用水洗洗
    • 4.锅底油烧热后放花椒,爆出香味
    • 5.放葱、姜、干辣椒 翻炒
    • 6.爆出香味
    • 7.放入切好的羊肚
    • 8.爆炒2-3分钟 加少许料酒酱油、盐继续翻炒,要大火炒。
    • 9.加鸡精、胡椒粉、红辣椒丝,翻炒
    • 10.火关了后把香菜放进锅里
    • 11.翻炒均匀即可。
