蔓越莓曲奇
蔓越莓曲奇,算是一款经典的入门级饼干,不需要打发黄油,很方便的一款饼干,配方中糖减了一点点,感觉正好合适

  • 蔓越莓35克
  • 全蛋液15克
  • 白砂糖50克

Steps to make 蔓越莓曲奇

  • 1.准备好做蔓越莓曲奇的材料和份量
  • 2.蔓越莓切碎,也不要切太碎了
  • 3.鸡蛋打散备用
  • 4.黄油软化到用手指轻松按下就可以了
  • 5.找一个干净的盆子放入软化好的黄油
  • 6.加入细砂糖(我用的太古细砂糖就没有打成糖粉)混合均匀
  • 7.加入15克的全蛋液
  • 8.把全蛋液充分搅拌混合均匀
  • 9.加入过筛的低筋面粉
  • 10.加入蔓越莓(也可以在加面粉之前加蔓越莓)混合均匀
  • 11.把曲奇面团放到垫了保鲜膜的学厨曲奇模具里整理好
  • 12.整理好的曲奇面团从模具里取出放入冰箱冷冻1小时,记得是冷冻哦
  • 13.冷冻好的曲奇面团切成0.7cm厚的饼干片
  • 14.把饼干均匀的放到学厨的不沾烤盘里,预留出一定的位置
  • 15.烤盘放入预热好的烤箱下层
  • 16.烤箱上火170度,下火140度烤25分钟(具体看饼干的厚薄程度决定温度和时间)
  • 17.蔓越莓香酥,配上一杯花茶解腻
