    • 1.白糖开水化好,温后加入酵母和植物油搅拌均匀(油的量大概是你放水量的3分之1)加入面粉,不要一次性加入过多,宁愿多次添加,要不很难补救
    • 2.和成较软光滑的面团(以不粘手为标准)
    • 3.直接放入冰箱冷藏过夜,早上起床后拿出已是发酵2倍大的样子,回温
    • 4.按压排气后整形,放一碗热水继续发酵2倍大,刷上蛋液芝麻,烤箱180度18分即可
