蛋黄饼干

Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.准备食材,90克低粉,一克泡打粉,50克糖,两个蛋黄加一个整个鸡蛋放入无水无油盆中
  • 2.烤盘铺好锡纸
  • 3.用电动打蛋器低档打发至出现大泡泡,加三分之一的糖
  • 4.出现细腻的小泡泡再加入三分之一糖
  • 5.中档打发至体积变大,粘稠,放入最后一部分糖
  • 6.再用高速打发,提起打蛋器,蛋液一滴一滴的落下,且掉到盆中有明显的痕迹,就打发好了
  • 7.一克泡打粉与90克低粉混合,筛入蛋液中
  • 8.用橡皮铲翻拌均匀(这时烤箱预热170度)
  • 9.没有裱花袋,用一个大的保鲜袋套在碗上,把蛋糊倒里面
  • 10.袋上剪一个小口子
  • 11.把蛋糊均匀的挤到锡纸上,注意每个小圆点离得远一点,以免粘连。刚挤上可能形状不太圆,没关系,一烤就会圆的
  • 12.放入烤箱,上层,上下火,170度,14分钟。烘烤时注意观察,根据自家烤箱的不同情况自行调节
  • 13.成品,还不错吧,放凉后清脆。
