家常美食“干拌面”
邻居阿姨是湖北人,她会做很多具有湖北特色的美食,只要我有空就去和她学两招,呵呵!
照葫芦画瓢,今天做一款家庭美食“干拌面”,虽没有阿姨做得好,但也很好吃,具体做法如下;

    Steps to make 家常美食“干拌面”

    • 1.机制鲜蛋面、香油、芝麻酱、辣椒油、花椒油、蒜蓉、盐、酱油、白糖、香醋、香油、榨菜末、熟芝麻、香菜、香葱、黄瓜丝、绿豆芽。
    • 2.汤锅水开,下入面条煮八成熟捞出。
    • 3.趁热拌入少许香油摊开晾凉。
    • 4.面条摊开后要常翻动几次,使面条晾到微干为好。
    • 5.在芝麻酱里倒入香醋、酱油和盐拌匀。
    • 6.芝麻酱里再放入细砂糖、蒜末、辣椒油、花椒油拌匀。
    • 7.芝麻酱里再放入榨菜末拌匀。
    • 8.把调制好的酱料浇在晾凉的面条上拌匀。
    • 9.上面撒少许白芝麻,再放上香菜、香葱、黄瓜丝、豆芽菜等拌匀便可食用。
