叉烧酱烤小排
最近烤箱用得比较勤,主要是贪其方便又少油烟,边烤肉边炒菜两不误。这次用叉烧酱烤的排骨味道很不错。

  • 小排骨1大排(1000克左右
  • 1小匙
  • 李锦记叉烧酱5大匙
  • 料酒1大匙
  • 蜂蜜1.5大匙

Steps to make 叉烧酱烤小排

  • 1.排骨用清水泡30分钟,泡出血水,然后切成3块,用叉子扎上小洞以便入味。(我没有大容器装,所以把排骨切开。)
  • 2.排骨装在保鲜盒里,放入料酒和叉烧酱。
  • 3.给排骨按摩按摩,使排骨都裹上酱料,盖上盖子,放冰箱腌一天以上,途中翻翻面。
  • 4.烤箱预热400F/200C度,把排骨放在烤网上,刷一层腌料,烤20分钟。(烤盘铺上锡箔纸,烤完清洁就不是问题了。)
  • 5.翻面,刷上腌料,继续烤15分钟,用筷子扎扎,很容易穿透就是熟了。
  • 6.蜂蜜用1茶匙的水调匀。
  • 7.排骨两面都刷上蜂蜜,烤10分钟上色。
  • 8.出炉后撒上熟芝麻,吃起来就更香了。
  • 9.用锯齿刀切开,就可以开吃了。
