捞汁素什锦
天气渐渐热了,各种凉拌菜又要经常上桌了。做凉拌菜时,各种调味料的配比比较麻烦,不是咸了就是醋倒多了酸,尤其对于厨房小白来说更是有点困难。现在有了珍选捞汁,可以说是解决了这个大麻烦。现在做起凉拌菜来太简单了,这个味道比较柔和,咸酸甜都恰到好处。口轻的人可以直接用这个凉拌,不需要其他料;重口味的人,则可以加点辣椒油等。适合各个人群,轻脂减肥都不错。今天就做了一盘捞汁素什锦,只倒了一些捞汁,热了一点油泼蒜,味道就够了,真方便。

  • 黄豆芽1把
  • 小米椒3个
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 香菜5根

Steps to make 捞汁素什锦

  • 1.木耳提前泡发。
  • 2.需要焯水的木耳、胡萝卜和黄豆芽洗好切好。
  • 3.黄瓜不需要焯水,直接洗干净切丝放大碗里。
  • 4.烧一锅水,水开后先将魔芋丝焯水一分钟,捞起装入黄瓜丝碗中。
  • 5.倒入木耳丝煮两三分钟。
  • 6.接着倒入胡萝卜丝和黄豆芽焯水两三分钟。
  • 7.将木耳、胡萝卜和黄豆芽都捞起,装入大碗中。
  • 8.加入香菜段。
  • 9.加入小米椒圈、蒜末和熟芝麻。
  • 10.倒入适量珍选捞汁。
  • 11.我用小碗装了2汤匙油微波炉高火1分半钟,然后淋在蒜末上。
  • 12.拌匀就可以吃了。
