Steps to make 冬瓜干贝排骨汤

  • 1.锅里倒冷水和排骨,煮出血沫捞出。
  • 2.捞出的排骨经过冷水冲洗,洗去肉上的血沫,沥干水份。
  • 3.将排骨放入炖锅,加入生姜、加入足量的开水。
  • 4.炖锅里的排骨第一次沸腾时加入冲洗过的干贝,然后高火炖1个小时。
  • 5.加入冬瓜,改中火煮20分钟至冬瓜松软。
