  • 白砂糖30g
  • 蛋液30g
  • 低筋面粉130g
  • 巧克力5块
  • 柠檬汁少许
  • 牛奶少许

Steps to make 巧克力玛格丽特

  • 1.黄油切成小块,放入微波炉小火加热1分半至黄油融化;
  • 2.白砂糖过筛放入黄油中(也可以用糖粉,用量根据个人口味而定);
  • 3.手动搅拌器打发黄油和糖,直至二者完全融合;
  • 4.蛋液分2次倒入,手动搅拌均匀,可加少许柠檬汁防止鸡蛋的腥味影响饼干口感;
  • 5.巧克力切成小块,放入蒸锅中火加热直至全部融化(也可用隔水加热法);
  • 6.倒入碗中搅拌均匀,
  • 7.低筋面粉过筛分2-3次放入,由下至上翻动至均匀;
  • 8.大致成这样即可,筷子可以平稳立住;
  • 9.用保鲜膜包起来,放入冰箱冷藏半小时左右;
  • 10.取出面团后,将其揉成一个个小球(不宜太大),看起来好像小时候吃的牛黄清热解毒丸啊~~
  • 11.用手按压面球中心,不可太过用力,有个坑周边裂开一些即可,这个过程还是很过瘾的;
  • 12.烤箱预热5分钟,上下火170度(根据自家烤箱情况而定),将烤盘放入烤箱烤至15分钟左右(根据自家烤箱而定),最后的时候盯这点饼干的色泽,巧克力的就还好;
