  • 2.梨清洗干净,再去皮去核,切成小块。
  • 3.银耳用清水浸泡,使其泡发起来。
  • 4.泡好的银耳用清水反复冲洗干净,再撕成小朵,根部扔掉。
  • 5.炖锅里放入适量的清水,不要超过炖煮最高水位。
  • 6.再把准备好的银耳、梨、红枣和冰糖放到炖盅里。
  • 7.炖盅放到煮锅里,盖上盖子,打开开关,开始隔水炖,这次炖了1个小时,水量刚刚好,不会干锅,银耳、梨和红枣都炖出了营养,味道也不错,红枣也不会完全烂掉,入口即化。
