Steps to make 蜜汁烤鸭

  • 1.鸭子用白酒擦遍全身,【去腥】再用盐涂在鸭子的身上,腌20分钟。把所有辅料和腌料混合,使鸭子的每个部位都沾到料汁,放入冰箱隔夜。
  • 2.从冰箱拿出,控干水分 放在通风的地方使鸭皮风干。
  • 3.在风干的鸭子上抹上剩下的腌汁,反复几次。
  • 4.蜂蜜兑白醋1:1,加一点色拉油。备用。
  • 5.把风干的鸭子放在铺好锡纸的烤盘上,用蜜汁摸遍鸭子的每个部位,把腿尖和翅尖用锡纸包好。
  • 6.烤箱200度 1小时10分钟。
  • 7.20分钟拿出,涂抹蜜汁继续烤40分钟拿出模蜜汁再继续
  • 8.60分钟拿出再涂抹上蜜汁,等蜜汁干了再送回烤箱烤5-10分钟,就OK了。
  • 9.葱切丝 黄瓜切条  配上荷叶饼美味的蜜汁烤鸭就完成了。哈哈好吃吧。。。。
