瓠瓜饺子
瓠瓜,有点地方称作瓠子,比西葫芦要大、长,我们多用来做饺子馅,有很久没有吃瓠瓜,碰到了买一根包饺子。

  • 猪肉馅500克
  • 饺子皮750克
  • 姜粉一小勺
  • 花雕酒一小勺
  • 酱油2勺
  • 植物油3勺
  • 海米20克

Steps to make 瓠瓜饺子

  • 1.海米淘洗浮灰,用清水浸泡一会
  • 2.瓠瓜洗净去皮,
  • 3.擦成丝
  • 4.擦瓠瓜的时候,顺着四周擦,中间的芯也就是瓜瓤,去掉不要
  • 5.瓠瓜丝里放适量的盐,抓匀后静置杀水分
  • 6.猪肉馅里放姜粉、花雕酒、泡海米的水,搅至顺滑,海米切碎放肉馅里,放酱油、鸡精搅拌均匀
  • 7.杀出水分的瓠瓜,攥掉水分,切碎,与肉馅收在盆里;菜、肉先不要搅匀,包之前再搅匀
  • 8.放适量植物油,把菜肉搅匀成饺子馅
  • 9.包好的饺子放盖垫上;用自己喜欢的手法包就可以,什么形状都行
  • 10.锅中入宽水,水开后下饺子,推匀后煮开3次,点凉水再次煮开后,捞出即可
  • 11.沾点蒜泥,好吃不过饺子
