白凉粉版木瓜奶冻

Steps to make 白凉粉版木瓜奶冻

  • 1.木瓜一个对半剖开,挖去瓜籽。这个剖切方法比较容易挖籽,但缺点是放不平稳,所以还是建议用第二步的切法。
  • 2.这个切法是切掉顶部的盖子,再掏空瓜籽,为了放平木瓜,可在底部切一个小平面,不会影响成品外观。我原来做过一次,用的就是这种切法,但掏籽掏得很辛苦,所以这次用了上一步的法子,实践证明,上一步的方法不好。
  • 3.牛奶倒入奶锅,加入白凉粉,煮到锅边冒小泡,期间不停搅拌。
  • 4.稍放凉就倒入木瓜中,注意白凉粉凝结的温度比较高,室温就能凝结,所以牛奶液不宜晾太久。如果你不怕把木瓜烫熟,离火即可倒入木瓜中。
  • 5.我的木瓜放不平,垫了好多东西……牛奶混合液尽量倒到与木瓜切面持平,否则切块后会很不精致,影响美观。
  • 6.切块食用。木瓜的香气,牛奶的滑爽,冰冰凉凉,非常适合夏天。
