  • 1.牛奶小火煮热
  • 2.加入3勺白糖
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.鸡蛋打撒 不要过度打发
  • 5.牛奶晾至不烫手 加入蛋液
  • 6.搅拌均匀 不要打出太多泡沫
  • 7.过滤出蛋筋 留下蛋奶液
  • 8.过滤2~3遍
  • 9.小心舀出泡沫
  • 10.分装布丁瓶 下部三分之一坐在水里
  • 11.烤箱预热5分钟 放在中层烤25-30分钟
  • 12.煮锅里放一勺水 融化2勺白糖
  • 13.小火煮至焦糖凝固 倒入一勺水 混合成焦糖液离火
  • 14.焦糖水小心倒在布丁上 晾凉后冰箱冷藏
