Steps to make 双色栗子浮岛

  • 1.将红、白豆沙分别加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 2.加入上新粉
  • 3.蛋白打发,将白糖分2次加入
  • 4.蛋白分2份,拿出其中一份蛋白分3次分别加入面糊1和2中,第一次充分搅拌,后两次稍稍搅拌温馨提示:搅拌得不需要特别匀,注意蛋白不要懈
  • 5.模具铺油纸,先将红色面糊倒入模具中,撒上蜜豆(密一点)、栗子,再倒入原色面糊
  • 6.将模具放入冒出蒸汽的蒸锅里,锅盖用棉布包好。大火蒸10分钟左右,再转小火蒸10分钟,关火,取出倒扣冷却
  • 7.新鲜出炉,味道美美的。
