终于在超市买到了蛋挞皮,经济又实惠,几分钟调好挞水,放进烤箱,方便快捷。

  • 牛奶120g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 炼乳10g(我沒放)
  • 25g
  • 蛋挞皮13个
  • 大芒果1个

Steps to make 芒果蛋挞

  • 1.kent芒果洗净。
  • 2.切丁备用。
  • 3.牛奶,淡奶油,糖放大碗里,隔热水拌至糖溶化,温热即可。(因为牛奶,淡奶油都是冰箱拿出来,煮至温热,烤出来的蛋挞比较滑嫩。)
  • 4.打入鸡蛋。
  • 5.拌匀。
  • 6.过筛2次。
  • 7.买的现成蛋挞皮,不需解冻。
  • 8.把芒果丁放入挞皮里。
  • 9.倒入挞水,可以放到9分满。(不放芒果,这配方的挞水可做9个,放了芒果,可做12-13个。)
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,430华氏度(220摄氏度)烤20分钟。(温度和时间根据自家烤箱作调节,小烤箱温度要调低。)
  • 11.出炉
  • 12.放凉。
  • 13.香酥好吃。
  • 14.皮酥果香蛋滑嫩。
