快手爆米花(泡面杯+微波炉)
几分钟就能吃上的,快手爆米花。没有泡面杯的亲,可用陶瓷大碗+盘子组合。平时都在煤气灶上做爆米花,火候很难控制,容易焦掉。突然发现,将某宝买的爆米花专用玉米粒,混合黄油,用泡面杯盖好,放进微波炉里,几分钟就能做出来白白的、均匀的爆米花,不用接触袋装微波炉爆米花的内层塑料,也不会蹦得到处都是。蘸上好时巧克力酱或炼乳,味道美美滴,简单好学!

Steps to make 快手爆米花(泡面杯+微波炉)

  • 1.爆米花专用玉米粒,某宝买的,2元250g,半斤可以爆很多。我还买过4元半斤的球状玉米粒,不过早已用掉。
  • 2.将黄油和玉米粒,集中放入泡面碗一角,方便融化混合。可适当加点糖,不加糖爆出来更白。
  • 3.放上盖子,防止爆米花跳出来。
  • 4.放入微波炉,按下爆米花按键,无爆米花键的,可直接微波加热3-4分钟。
  • 5.2分钟后,可陆续听见霹雳吧啦的声音,待声音基本停止后打开来,如果还有未爆开的,先取出已爆好的,剩下的放微波炉继续加热。
  • 6.蘸上自己喜欢的调味料,巧克力酱、炼乳,或撒上糖霜,简单又美味!
