    • 1.准备好上面的食材。
    • 2.紫薯去皮放蒸锅蒸熟
    • 3.取出蒸熟的紫薯搅拌成泥,加奶酪搅拌均匀,加了奶酪的紫薯做起来粘性好,容易成形,口感更细腻,有很浓的奶香味。
    • 4.用保鲜袋装上适量紫薯泥搓挤成小圆球。
    • 5.用手压扁圆形。
    • 6.让紫薯圆上再盖上保鲜袋,取一个塑料瓶盖盖在上面,用力按压下去。
    • 7.支掉盖子,紫薯泥成上图的样子。
    • 8.拿开保鲜袋,把圆形边上的多余紫薯泥去掉,可以合着其它的紫薯泥做下一个饼。
    • 9.把圆形的紫薯饼取出,两边粘上熟芝麻装盘。如果等你做好所有的饼后,饼冷了,可以放在微波里叮2分钟再吃。
