脆皮香菇虾肉饼

Steps to make 脆皮香菇虾肉饼

  • 1.准备香菇,虾仁,猪肉末(我用了比较瘦的肉)
  • 2.香菇用料理机打成碎末,虾仁,葱姜也一样打碎
  • 3.放上各种调味料搅拌均匀
  • 4.最后加入淀粉
  • 5.用手按成小饼状,两面沾上面包糠
  • 6.平底锅放油,放入香菇饼煎制两面金黄即可
  • 7.装盘
  • 8.脆脆的酥皮,鲜香的内馅,好吃极了
